Daniel Schwartz, S., Director
Mr. Schwartz served as the Chief Executive Officer of RBI and its predecessor Burger King Worldwide, Inc. (“BKW”) from June 2013 until January 2019 and as Executive Chairman from January 2019 through June 2019. Mr. Schwartz joined Burger King Holdings, Inc., the predecessor to BKW, in October 2010 as Executive Vice President, Deputy Chief Financial Officer. From January 2011 until March 2013, he served as Chief Financial Officer of BKW and from March 2013 until June 2013, he served as Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Schwartz is co-Managing Partner of 3G Capital, a global investment firm. Since 2022, he has served as a director of Hunter Douglas Group, a global leader in the window coverings industry, and since 2025, he has served as a director of Skechers, a leading global footwear company.
